Had to take my 9 year old today following a scooter trick going very wrong and him landing on his chin. The receptionist was lovely and checking in was quick and easy, and the nurse we saw (called Catherine) was absolutely brilliant with both of us. Made my son feel comfortable and at ease whilst examining him, distracting him beautifully to ease his anxiety. Superb nurse, wonderful service…thank you very much.

Arrived at 7.20pm with a work related injury so needed medical treatment. Not life threatening but was bleeding. Was greeted with an sign in the entrance stating the miu was closed. Had no choice but to go to a&e to get my crushed finger checked out .
Feeling extremely guilty because even though the injury was bad . It was not life threatening. Surely the miu was set up to help reduce the non emergencies attending a&e

Went to honiton minor injuries tonight as website said open from 8am to 8pm.
Got there at 7pm saw message on door saying closed.
Why not update your hours accordingly.
Now sat in A&E exeter for the next 5 hours. RIDICULOUS

Terrible. Attended minor injuries with my son and advised to go away and come back later when they're less busy. Came back later but they'd decided to shut the minor injuries early (>2.5 hours) in case they risked having to work after the official closing time!

We had an emergency on Friday as my husband tripped and fell. We had to wait a while to be seen but the treatment was excellent. Kind caring thorough and so efficient. Thank you for such wonderful care from people who know what they are doing and who really care.

Took my son there on 23/04/23 afternoon with a suspected broken arm from rugby. Turns out it was indeed a nasty break. The team were absolutely wonderful! We were seen pretty much immediately, xrayed twice and plastered well within 1.5 hours. Everyone we saw were all were fabulous, caring, efficient, friendly and helpful, and they even managed to make it a lot of fun and made my son smile throughout! I didn't catch anyones's names, but a massive thank you!
