Always had a really positive outcome with both Aaron and Pandora. They’re such lovely kind people and always tried to help my injuries during my running. Aaron gave me strength exercises to strengthen what I needed to, which he worked through then with me in the gym, showing me what I needed to do. This meant during marathon training last year, I ran pain free and worked on the areas I needed too. With Pandora’s help, I was able to not be tight and keep it that way, helping me continue to run. Really appreciate what they did for me, still continue to do if I feel any niggles or pain.
Wouldn’t have been able to keep moving forward without them both. So thank you both for always being so amazing and helping me keep running and doing what I love.

Would really recommend, if you’ve got a niggle or need to work through strength, pain etc, just book an appointment, or call them, they really are lovely!

Just SUPERB!!! My husband and I have both had treatment recently with Pandora and we are both really impressed with both the results and the level of care received. Pandora makes the most of the time and works on the injury from minute 1 of the appointment through to the end, which is so much better than other practitioners we have visited before.

I cannot recommend Pandora and Aaron enough. They diagnosed my musician daughter’s medical condition and worked with her on a comprehensive exercise plan. When I strained my shoulder badly Active Clinic helped its repair with massage, pain relief and above all compassion.
These guys are the best!
