Only disappointment was no offers on glasses . Prices very high when compared to other opticians,.meant eye test only and used prescription elsewhere.

Had a appointment there today. Was first seen by John who took great care of me. I then saw the optician Renat who again took great care of me. I suffer with anxiety and they both made me feel at ease. Thank you both for the care and attention you gave me today

Whole experience was 2nd rate reception lady was miserable, eye scan wasn't private as door was open for all there to see and hear, optician was professional but again miserable. I didn't buy any glasses there and wouldn't spend my money there or stay there any longer than I had too. Been to friendlier undertakers.

I popped into Vision Express on Friday September 20th 2024, Millie served me. She had excellent customer service skills, she made me feel at ease.
I decided to go ahead with purchasing the sun glasses there and then.
I was so surprised at the price.
Under a hundred pounds.
I picked what frames that I wanted, Millie, said that glasses would be from 5- 10 days.
She would contact me when she had received them.
Give Vison Express a visit, you will be glad that you did.

Great Service the girls there are fantastic really helpful and if you take out a monthly plan with them it's cheaper than buying the glasses outright.
