I'm Seriously ill and disabled and they can't even write out the prescription I need, I give plenty of notice in advance and still not recieved right medication. I requested a repeat prescription on 26th of September and today is 11th October and i still didn't get all my medication.I had all this problem at Rolle Medical Practice. Crickey what is it coming to. Have they forgotten they all took an oath to care for us? Where is the duty of care?

Had a terribly painful eye. As a holidaymaker I arrived on foot with no way of getting to Exeter A&E. Everyone was very kind & helpful & was able to see a doctor & get a good assessment & antibiotics. I couldn’t be more grateful.

OK where to start.. been with this practise for over 11 years when Dr Franklin used to see us whom was fantastic.. since then down hill exponentially.. the worst person to see is Dr Davis, whom you have to beg to in order to get treatment. Wrote a letter of complaint over a year ago but the practice could not even be bothered to reply. Now we have left the area so time to let everyone know what a bad experience we have had. Strong advice stay away and what ever you do DONT BOOK WITH DR Davis her idea for treating bad cellulitis is 5 days fluflixacillin then you have to beg to get more.. the chemist even said why only 5 days, you will be back.. made me suffer much longer.... You would be better seeing a vet

Been to England many times and never fell sick but one morning on my recent trip June 2018, I was so unwell, I could not even lift my head properly. Rang the clinic, the staff were very helpful. I could not sit up therefore I could not drive to the clinic. Not long after, the Doctor came over to the house to check my BP and do other test. I was impressed . I can't remember the Dr's name. He is fantastic. The service they provided me was beyond excellent. Thank you again.

Always outstanding. This last weekend we brought our handicapped daughter(she suffers from an incredibly rare condition) home for a weekend break-she was clearly poorly. I rang the medical centre at 3pm for help in getting an appointment-no problem at all-they asked we come down at 5.30 pm and would be seen, and apologised they could not fit her in sooner. We saw the Dr-extremely efficient, exceptionally kind and understanding both to me the worried mum, and sarah the poorly girl(aged 30 but like a 3 year old so unreliable when asked questions!) . A very thorough examination was undertaken, prescriptions issued, advice given as to where we could get then go and get the medicine, advice given as regards after care and what to watch for, AND a referral letter issued to her ENT specialist. Anywhere else you would be at risk of being told sorry, cant see you go to A and E , but Budleigh has ALWAYS gone the extra mile.
Last autumn sister came over from Australia-became very poorly , pneumonia type post flu infection-seen within an hour of ringing for an appointment and prescriptions issued .Excellence personified with every contact from receptionists, all nurses and all GPs . Thank you all.

Loss a star in my families opinion. Since pandemic health services have changed to accommodate the staff rather than the patients. However personally I have had good treatment.

Down staying because my mother inlaw passed away I decided to stay abit longer so I needed so more tablets to cover my stay they told me they couldnt help me with this and to contact my own doctor plus today feeling unwell I called into doctors to see if i could see someone and again told me to contact my own doctor which i did and my own doctor said they have to see you but still no joy the receptionist wasnt helpful at all in fact so miserable it was my doctors for ten years glad it isnt now ☹
