My dear father at almost 98 has 4 visits a day every day of the week from this excellent Fuchsia Team at Gorleston, Norfolk.

I can not speak highly enough of them, always punctual, professional, and go above and beyond in service - best care team i have ever seen.

Fushia Care took over from Bluebird Care when they cancelled my elderly neighbours contract with no formal notice. Fushia Care called to take all her requirements and assure us that she will have same two carers all the time rather than not really knowing who would be coming in they attend 4 times a day .The timed slots are always punctual and they have been attentive and a real support Elena and Cristain are brilliant and an asset to the Agency .Thank You .Lynda

My dad used this care company for a few years before he passed away in hospital.
My daughter phoned them to inform that he'd passed away and care would no longer be needed.
Although he didn't have much problems with the company and had a nice carer I never received a call or a card expressing their condolences which I think is a bit poor.
Maybe this proves he was just a number and happy to take his money. !! Next customer please!

We used Fuchsia home care when my mum came out of hospital paralysed in June 2018 . They were there to assess her needs and meet her shortly after she arrived home. I have to say from the very start they were professional, kind & compassionate . They visited my mum twice a day and would let her know which carers would be attending . They could not do enough for her . All the carers who came to help my mum were always kind and gentle towards her . There was one carer in particular whom my mum grew very fond of , Marianna .
I would highly recommend this company.
