My Wife joined this practice. She was told that she needed 3 fillings. £510. She cancelled that appointment because it was not a good time to spend that amount. I contacted the practice a few days later to find out which tooth was the priority. I was ignored. A couple of weeks later my Wife tried to get the same information. She was ignored. A few weeks later I raised the issue with the reception. They said that they would pass it on. We were ignored again. A couple of months later I again raised it with reception. This time I was told it was too long ago to deal with. My Wife would have to pay for another exploratory examination. If they would have been bothered to reply to the first 2 requests they could have answered the query. Money grabbing outfit. Unprofessional and worth avoiding.

As a private patient.... The lovely Indian Lady is so caring and informative, she listens to your needs and then offers good advice and choices, her care and skill when extracting a tooth today was more than I was expecting. I gave 4 stars because I was not informed by the staff that the surgery was running late on my last visit and had to leave and was thinking of changing Dentist due to loss of earnings. I will give 5 stars if they keep appointment times. The Indian lady is going to be one of the best Dentists around She gets 5 stars.

I had to register here last year after my NHS dentist decided they couldn’t take a lot of the existing patients do we were taken off, but I am so glad because I found My Dentist, what a difference , the place is very clean and the reception staff very nice and pleasant. I was seeing Divya Sudeep, she was lovely, I had a much better service here than at my last dentist, I know I had to go private as nobody was taking in NHS patients.
I felt I received a much better service but I am afraid of dentist but she really put me at my ease so I didn’t mind going
Overall the service I received was fantastic, I cannot fault them at all

Great dentists! Can some times have to wait quite a while before the appointment as very rarely run on time but the dentist was fantastic with my little girl when I first took her to the dentist and made her feel comfortable. Very informative too and answered and questions I had.

All the staff here are so friendly, and the dentists are very kind. My dentist listens carefully to any concerns I might have, and after checking my mouth, explains anything he has found which may need attention. I am always made to feel valued and at ease when visiting and would have no hesitation in recommending mydentist.

First visit today. Made to feel very relaxed and the whole team very attentive and pleasant. Our dentist Noelia Stephenson exceedingly kind and gentle and very informative on any treatment needed and reassuring. "Fantastic ". Would highly recommend.

I have been having problems on and off for a while with this practice, I put in a complaint about a dentist and they let him deal with the complaint himself which I thought was very unprofessional to say the least , eventually I ended up with a good dentist who only worked on certain days , this morning I had a text from them saying my check up has been cancelled next week because the dentist has left . I phoned them and they near enough said find another dentist and I wasn't happy and I might have talked to the receptionist a bit rudely which I apologize for , they then put me through to the manager who I think was rude , she said she had been warned about me and that I had been warned before , I haven't been warned before because I did my complaint via email the last time . Let's face it if your NHS the dentists don't want to know and it's funny how this practice keeps losing dentists .
