Absolutely love the 1 on 1 boxing sessions here. The conditioning is tough but feels great. Andy is a great coach, he teaches in a easy to understand manner, while still getting you where you need to be. The facility is great with all the boxing needs as well as pretty much a fully stacked gym, its spotless too. Cant recommend KBC enough.
