Nothing but positive from this dentist. Staff always very helpful and friendly over the phone. Dentists don’t fob you off on emergency appointments like some places either. Dentist assistants also all very friendly and smiling. Will never use anywhere else!!

Would give more stars if I could! My daughter has just finished having braces on for the last year. Hannah and Maria couldn’t have been more amazing with her they always made my daughter feel at ease with the whole process. Thankyou very much for all your care.

I needed an emergency appointment as I had a broken tooth. Having read the reviews I was very concerned and thought of looking elsewhere. However, I have been very pleased with every aspect of my visit, very efficient, and I was offered various options that were explained to me.
The wisdom tooth was difficult to get out but eventually came out, no real pain or discomfort, and seems to be healing well.

I have luckily always got in and treated. My appointments have been moved about at times due to staff sickness so it can't be helped.
Receptionists are friendly and the dentists and assistants are all helpful. There is a shortage of dentists so this the reaaon for long waits.

I had an emergency appointment and turned up 15 mins early. Was seen a few minutes later. The dentist (Joanne Rashid) and her assistant were excellent. I am a nervous patient and they put me at ease straight away. My tooth now feels great. Thank you so much to both of you.

Rang and rang to get an emergency appointment after a filling was needed and I am in so much pain. Phone would disconnect so I rang head office for them to also get the same ring tone and couldn’t get through. Finally did about an hour later to which she was rude and told me they had already made appointments since 8.40 which was clearly a big lie. Their phones were cut off the week before and they said so. Rude receptionists and lazy staff members. Seem to have 10 people behind the desk when you go in all having a drink and chat but leave the phones going. Shut the place down and start again

I was booked some appointments way back In January, today being the first 6/9/22. Arrived 5 mins ahead of time to be told it had been cancelled. Nobody had bothered to inform me, by either telephone nor email. I know appointments are of a premium, I've had to wait 8 months! but the thing that gets me most, is my husband has stage 4 cancer, so each and every time I have to go out, I have to arrange for someone to come round. I have now been allotted a 10 minute emergency app on Thursday, so again, gotta try n arrange for someone to come round, but although I will come in for this appointment, 10 mins isn't enough time to repair the 2 broken teeth I have been living with, which shred the inside of my mouth daily from the razor sharp point, and until they're sorted I won't be able to get the imprints for my denture started, and believe me trying to eat with very few chewing teeth left, due to the copious amounts of meds I have to take making them crumble is not much fun. Very disappointed tbh, up till now they have been brilliant considering everything they're up against. Someone needs to look into this, hell the chap in front of me in the queue had literally just been told the same thing had been done to him...

Went in today 8/9/22, received an apology, and they then went above and beyond, fitted me in and got both of my latest broken teeth fixed, so thank you for that, it is very much appreciated.

I don’t usually write reviews however I felt impelled to do so this time. This morning I tried to make an emergency appointment for my girlfriend who has been in agony for the last 7 days. She has attempted to self medicate at home however the pain has got worse. At this moment in time I have tried to call from 8.40 in which google says the practice opens. However after 250+ calls, all I am left with is “the practice is closed” so the opening times must be wrong. So I called the Gorleston branch in which they told me that they may have forgotten to switch off their answering machine and that they would contact them to tell them. After this I continued to attempt to reach the practice in which the same answer machine greeted me. However after persistently calling the practice I managed to get through to someone in which I was told they have no emergency appointments left? How is this possible as I have been trying for the last 30-40 minutes. However the lovely receptionist Michelle went above and beyond and managed to get my girlfriend a cancelled appointment for the next day.

I have been at bradwell for a long time and I love it here. The dentist and staff are lovely. That is why it’s hard to write this as it’s a lovely dentist practice. I understand the pressure they face due to back log and other emergency’s. However I believe if someone is in that much pain they need to be seen.
