Asked for medical advice on painful foot rash. Waited for all customers to be served. I was then told by pharmacist she had no idea, and I should call 111 and go to the on call GP at the hospital.
Did, however, find me a suitable tubigrip for my husbands ankle. Very tight squeeze for mobility scooter

I have several chronic illnesses, my prescriptions can get complicated at times. The lovely Tatiana is always willing to liaise with my surgery in order to sort things out for me within hours. She is now used to me calling the pharmacy to double check this that and the other. She’s always patient and goes above and beyond for me.?

Absolutly disgusting attitude of all staff in this pharmacy, never known anything like it!
For them to stand behind and laugh about not ordering my tablets to then go to collect them on 2 seperate occasions to say they are still not in, absolute rubbish! No, supply issue as other places have them, so they just couldn't be bothered and to make out as if I didnt need them, no I went to a and and I do need them and coming back next week is not fine! Shall I tell the pain that I'm in to hold off for a week!
Was very rude to myself and my partner!
Never use this pharmacy as it really is not a nice experience!!

Will see about taking things further and making a formal complaint!!
I never swore at you when I came in on the Friday to collect my prescription but was met by a very sarcastic 'lady' that had already gone to another laughing about orders not being put through and clearly mine was one as been to several other chemist's that have those tablets I needed and had been delivered.
Noone tolerates being sworn at and neither do people in pain tolerate being belittled, which is what your staff has done.
Even when I asked about another item I wished to purchase it was too much effort for another staff member and couldn't even manage a thank you!

Friendly can't do enough to help you. And get your prescriptions already within one day, unbelievable. So this the best pharmacy I've ever been to.

Terrible for repeat prescriptions, been without much needed medications so many times, out of over 5months ive been with them had my full weekly medications 4times now.. Always making excuses blaming gp surgery or lost prescriptions, or misfiled prescriptions. Ive not been able to complete a full month of prescribed medications for 5months now! Now changing pharmacies!!
