Excellent service on my latest visit. I wouldn't trust anyone else but Mark for my contact lens needs. He always listens to what you have to say and is never pushy or dismissive.

I also had great service from Paul. he was very helpful when I was choosing new glasses frames and helped me make the right choice of lenses and coatings etc. No pressure to buy extras as I have had elsewhere.

Best customer care I have ever received from any specsavers ! I used to go to the one in Norwich and I didn’t find them very helpful but here they go above and beyond my optician was Ali she was so kind and patient with all my questions and she really put me at ease which was lovely

The wonderful service then continued downstairs with Alistair he was also very kind and went above and beyond to help me look through my options I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all which was really valued so that was amazing it made me more willing to make my purchase !

I had been having some hearing trouble for around 3 weeks. After trying different products (STAY AWAY from OTEX) and couple of visits to GP, I decided it was time to get the wax removed. I saw a wonderful gentleman, who made me feel at ease and I left walking away being able to hear again! Absolutely recommend the service, thank you!
