Our dear father, aged 92 was on holiday with us when he became unwell and we were advised by the doctors to phone 111.
First Responders arrived very quickly, and a lady called Pat attended to dad who was professional, calm and kind. She was closely followed by an ambulance from the East of England Ambulance Service.
The paramedics, Connor and Kate were absolutely amazing!
They were calm, reassuring, kind and empathetic to our father’s needs and wishes.
Sadly, dad died peacefully, whilst being held and loved by my sister and I. He received excellent medical care in the comfort of his own bed, as he was too fragile to be moved.

I would like to thank the two female ambulance crew who attended my husband last night 12/10 approx between 11 to 12 midnight and promptly took him to James Paget who confirmed he had suffered a Heart Attack, their knowledge and instincts combined have probably saved his life and I am eternally grateful 🙏 Thank You !!

My mother with dementia had a fall in kitchen on 5/8/24.ambulance crew so quick absolutely fantastic amazing whatever you want to describe them.this call was around 7.30ish that day.and I cannot praise the team enough.from the bottom of my heart ❤️ thank you so so much.your 💯 commitment and professionalism I’m forever in your debt.keep up the good work guys and gals your amazing.your country loves you.if others don’t ❤️🥰🙏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My elderly mother of 83 became very unwell needing us to call our GP service who sent a GP out he arranged for an ambulance to come out. The two paramedics who attended were absolutely fantastic with her and got her stable and took her to JPH at 12.30 when they arrived a doctor came out to the ambulance who arranged treatment for her, she received fantastic care from the two paramedics throughout the day into the evening due to the current situation at the hospital she was finally admitted at 21.45 that evening and then into a ward at 22.30. I dread to think what it cost to use a fully functional ambulance and two paramedics as a ward in the car park with the engine and heaters running constantly, Mum received the care despite being in the ambulance she needed she is on the mend now. It was ambulance 257 on 21/12/22 fantastic treatment and people including the staff at the hospital itself.

My Dear Wife had a fall and unable to get her up I had to dial 999 for help.
Within half an hour a First Responder a lovely lady called Pat arrived
and soon followed by Paramedics Colleen and Micayla . Three more
professional Ladies you could not wish to meet. Nothing was too much trouble. They were kindness its self and were a credit to the service.

Yesterday's, I had a fall in Lowestoft the ambulance arrived....well, what first class treatment I received from Amy, Trainee James and a lovely slightly older guy.
So professional, clear understanding and no I wasnt wasting there valuable time.
I was concerned about my dog that I'd left in my car..they even above and beyond to sort that out.
A very reluctant trip to the JP....again they were brilliant...once again we salute the ground workers of theNHS

I needed help urgently and the crew that came to help me (and take me to hospital for emergency care) were the most professional trio. East of England Ambulance Service should be extremely proud of their personnel. You (I) cannot fault them.

Amazing.... I had a health scare this morning, called 111 who sent the ambulance. It arrived within 10 minutes. Fabulous reassuring crew, kind, thoughtful, respectful, considerate. Can't praise them enough. I'm ok, nothing serious. Thank you Lita and Kev. 😊
