The Youth Mental Health Aware half day course was both informative and fun. The time went so fast!

We looked at how to approach mental health from a practical level and I was able to apply it to the children and young people I work with. It provided lots of information about recognising and addressing any mental health experiences that today's youth may have. Paula's approach was natural and engaging and made us feel supported and heard.
