This surgery has improved so much in recent months, thank you! Cheerful, welcoming reception staff and the whole Nursing, Physio and Doctor team are calm, professional and reassuring. Brilliant! Would score a 5 if it wasn't for Anima - it feels like a huge, irritating hurdle. Seems to ask 50 questions where one would do and its stressful. Would be great if you could simply call, leave a message, briefly explaining symptoms, and then get a call back from the Surgery later in the day with an appointment or whatever was appropriate - several other surgeries operate this system and it has great patient feedback.

Called reception today. What a bad attitude from a female person on the other end. I can't understand why she works there. If she is not happy with her employment, I'm sure someone unemployed would love it.
If you are representing the NHS It's sad you go to work unhappy & with a terrible attitude.
Please try to refrain from talking to patients on a phone.
Maybe see a doctor yourself about your appalling shocking attitude.
Your a disgrace to our nhs.
You know who you are.

Anita Swan was such a caring and lovely lady. The appointment didn't feel rushed and she explained everything clearly and gave time for questions too. You'd be lucky to see her if you go here for an appointment

The online appointment system is not very user friendly.
I tried to book an appointment through this system and it was a complete night mare.
I phoned surgery for advice did not get much support. But in their defence I don't think that they understand the system when it fails.

Unless you are prepared to join the queue outside the practice door at 7.30 in the morning it's unlikely you will be able so get an appointment, even then you will be lucky if you manage to see anyone regardless what your problem may be. When you finally reach the receptionist it's most likely the computer say's NO and you will be directed to ring 111. This practice seems to be running on a shoestring since it was bought out by Lakeside and all the regular doctors left one by one. I cannot recommend this practice and after 14 years I have finally given up hope that it will ever improve, so I have jumped ship to a practice where the patient comes first. This practice is not fit for purpose and that statement is based on my personal experience.

Absolute disgrace, I'm have on going tests for various things not only were they cancelled at the drop of a hat but also my other follow-up appointment was never even booked?! The reception was a joke and simply kept saying I'd have to ring back at 8am or shift my appointment to two weeks time, what is the NHS even useful for..... If anyone can recommend a new doctor feel free to message me

Been with the health centre for a while and the only time I went and needed an urgent appointment I got declined. I had a bladder infection and immediately knew what was going on. Had to leave work in pain and needed an emergency appointment but they said they are fully booked and that they might call me back and give me one. Turns out they would never call me back. I was told to just have a bit of a rest and maybe I would not actually need to see a doctor. So they sent me back home. I was trying my best to keep up with the pain but as I could not take it anymore I went to a walk-in centre and the doctor there immediately told me that I have a serious bladder infection, needed antibiotics and I could be happy I did not get a worse infection. It was that serious that I had to take antibiotics for longer than a week. Definitely not going back there. Currently changing to a different health centre where staff is friendlier and where you are at least taken seriously. Never had such a bad experience in my 27 years.

If there would be the possibility to give minus points that surgery would definitely get a lot.
