Bourn is a warm friendly and welcoming environment with staff who are friendly and reassuring in times of angst whilst maintaining the highest levels of professionalism.
For me it was homely as much as a medical facility is able to be.
The surroundings always made it feel like a trip out as we liked to have a wander around the garden when possible.

This is a clinic we have discussed glowingly amongst friends and family. Without their knowledge guidance and support we wouldn't have our beautiful boys.

Bourn Hall were our 2nd IVF centre and we couldn’t have asked for more (from a negative first experience I was so glad when we got a referral to Bourn). The staff are all very kind and supportive. We were able to have an NHS funded cycle but if we needed another private cycle we would definitely come back. The portal made it easy to keep in touch with various members of the team from embryology, nurses and pharmacists with quick responses from everyone. We met many different people and couldn’t fault anyone during any part of the cycle. The staff are a credit to the clinic and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Everyone at Bourn Hall is incredible. Our journey has been up and down but the nurses and doctors at Bourn are such wonderful people who treat everyone with respect, are friendly and welcoming and dealt with my needle-phobic partner amazingly and without judgement. I cannot fault any of them and cannot thank them enough for the involvement they have had throughout our IVF journey.

I have just donated my egg through bourn. It was fantastic. I looked at 3/4 clinics before I decided. The care that I received was impeccable. Annie particularly was so kind. Everything was explained to me clearly and I felt all my questions were answered. Collection day was smooth and I felt cared for. I will be donating again in the new year. I hope I can help so people become parents.

My journey started at the Norwich clinic where I was given a detailed overview of how my treatment would look. At all stages staff at the Norwich clinic were happy to answer my countless questions and provide me with the information I needed. During my scans the midwives were great and showed me the process my body was making. During my initial assessment they discovered my heart rate was slow and consequently I would need to be transferred to the Cambridge clinic for my egg collection and transfer.
On the day of my egg collection I was extremely nervous and finding it hard to remain calm. However, the staff were great at reassuring me and at all stages I felt very safe and looked after. Just before I went to theatre the staff were great at talking to me and making sure I felt comfortable. After I woke up, the nurse who was looking after myself and the other patients made sure we were all well looked after. The staff at this clinic went above and beyond to make sure this process was smooth and successfully.
I can’t thank the staff at the Norwich and Cambridge clinic enough for all they have done and continue to do during my treatment. They go out of their way to make patients feel comfortable and informed about the procedure.
