We have found this surgery to be caring and efficient. It is always possible to get an appointment by phoning at 8am. The receptionists are well trained and answer calls kindly and effectively. All the staff are anxious to help and to ensure that patients receive the very best treatment. We could not ask for more.

Booked my appointment today ; when the surgery called me back due to the post weekend rush . My appointment was at 3.20pm I was seen at 3.17pm by the doctor who was proficient, personable and professional . A very reassuring experience from an excellent surgery on all fronts. I can not recommend the practice more highly.

The surgery have been amazing recently with my baby’s health. I have used both the econsult and phoning at 8, the new system on the phone is so much better and econsult has been incredibly quick and gotten us the answers we’ve needed. The nurse who does the injections is also so amazing with our baby.

I absolutely love this surgery and have never had a bad experience. I always find the reception team empathetic and helpful, the nurses are WONDERFUL when my little boy has his jabs, putting my anxious mind at ease and they even sing to him, and my doctor, who I've seen for years, has always been incredibly caring and patient.

I did an e-consult yesterday on the advice of the receptionist at 14.21 and had a response by 15.25 advising me to book a face to face appointment. I rang at 8.00 this morning and had an 8.40 appointment booked by 8.03. The receptionist was very pleasant. Well done Great Barford Surgery.

I have had mixed experiences at this surgery in the past, and have felt mistreated and rushed numerous times by the male doctors in the practise.

Recently I have been asking to see Dr Rashid, and I have not had a single issue, the care she has given me has been wonderful. She processed a referral for a genetic issue without question and was baffled as to why I'd been discharged in the first place. She then gave me advice last week which probably saved my life, advising me to go to A&E if my symptoms worsened after I had an infection in my knee. I was admitted and was very unwell in hospital for 4 days.

She is a wonderful doctor and I cannot fault her, she is friendly, kind and actually does care about the patients she treats. I can't fault her and will always ask to see her from now on.

Worst experience with this Surgery recently. I wish I could give them no star at all. Staff have an attitude problem, particularly the receptionist. Dr not seeing patients and only makes 3 phone calls a day. That's a joke. It has taken me 4 days of continuous calls at 8 am to speak to a doctor as I've just had a triple heart bypass surgery. Finally I managed to get a appointment to speak to a doctor after holding on the phone from 8:00-8:30. I was told the doctor will call me between 2-3pm. Sat by my phone until 3:05, called the surgery back and the receptionist told me that the doctor already called you and won't be able to make any more calls as she's done her 3 calls for a day? I will be changing surgery's ASAP but I can actually write pages and pages of complaint about this Surgery. Not sure who the manager is, but he or she need to think about patients and not profit.

Cannot praise this little practise enough.
Staff are always kind and courteous and Dr Agrawal in particular is extremely caring and seems to have such a great rapport with his clients. I've also never waited longer than half an hour, including my appointment or struggled to get in. Brilliant surgery.
