I had a lovely relaxing time and will definitely be booking again. Really liked having the quite relaxing room to sit in before and after the treatment it really helped to set the relaxing and quite tone. Laura was very welcoming and the massage was just what I asked for in terms of pressure. I left feeling very relaxed and content.

Incredible experience! I had a reset ritual which included back massage and a facial performed by Daniella and it was amazing! She was very good, talented and so kind. The attention to detail was impressive. At the end of the session I was feeling relaxed and recharged. Will be going back again for sure.

The staff are so friendly , welcoming and professional. Have had my nails done three times now and so pleased with the art work and attention to detail . Have also enjoyed the massages , just the right amount of pressure. Highly recommend

I had my very first facial (Lift & brighten) with Laura and it will not be my last. Who knew a heated massage table existed! It was very relaxing and a lovely environment. I'm looking for other treatment in the future and I was shown products to help me with that, there was no pressure to buy or even book again. But I will be returning no doubt about that. Thanks for a great experience guys 5* 🙂

I never knew I could have such nice strong nails until Malvern Serenity introduced me to BIAB . Charlie and the team always take so much care over the shape , colour and cuticle care although Charlie is the queen of detail . Thank you for always making my visits so relaxing yet fun.
