Can always get an appointment that day for my daughter, and most of the time for me too. Their online booking for non urgent appts is really helpful and they always get back to you. Have been impressed with the drs and nurses I've seen. They're doing a good job despite NHS struggles. You have to wait on the phone for a while but I think that's the case everywhere.

My Mother has been in agony waiting for a knee injection for 7 months - when she is meant to have three injections in a year. She has now been told it may be the end of the year before she gets treated, as the doctor has a backlog of patients. This is unacceptable to leave someone in pain like this. Why can’t they train up another doctor to ease the waiting time? Would that not be logical? Disgusted.

Dr Swallow is very professional, caring and efficient. He is very knowlegeable and organised further care for a medical problem that x2 clinicians had given suboptimal treatment.

The most rude lady on reception that I have ever had the misfortune to come across. I observed the way she spoke to other patients and in my opinion she is most unsuited to a position dealing with customers at their most vulnerable.

I asked the young lady behind the reception desk if I could make an appointment, she said they don’t make appointments, I would have to ring in or use the online booking. Why is it not possible to book in-house any more? She was sat in front of a computer. As a long term patient at this surgery I definitely feel it’s lost its friendly approach.

I can see improvement in making appointments by phone, even if I have to wait for a long (I do understand de high volume of calls), also online appointments makes everything more easy for me. The doctors are fine and receptionists are ok.
This 5 stars are for online service witch I see amazing and most easy to deal with non emergency situations!

All of the Doctors in my experience at the practice are very good. I have had a couple of telephone consultations with Dr Fairbrother and feel that he is very compassionate and informative.

It can be difficult to get through on the phone but then this is the case at most busy GP surgeries.

After consistently good service from the doctors I feel a positive review is deserved.
