Staff friendly. Though not enough space for WAVs, toys aren’t clean and nothing is suitable For children with disabilities. Given the nature of the premises I find it so saddening that this department isn’t inclusive and fully accessible.

The ladies and gentleman on the reception are lovely and helpful, however when you get past them it's not great, they never return phone calls when promised, they never chase anything and they never know anything. All you ever get is 'I don't know, I'll call you back' and then you never hear from them again. I appreciate that places are under staffed and overwhelmed with work but don't make promises you can't keep. This is why so many parents get frustrated.

My son was referred by the doctor and I was on a waiting list. I had a call from my doctor to tell me that we have been taken off the waiting list 3 months previously. No one bothered to let us know! Luckily we paid for a private assessment and he’s been diagnosed! Completely let down by this service. You turned my son away without even seeing him. How many other children are you letting down?
