Sue has made me rediscover who I am! Life's challenges, including losing my Dad to suicide was too overwhelming to even know how to process and impacted and influenced my daily life. I lost myself but Sue has provided the support to help 'process' things, make things manageable by approaching life through a new 'lens' and ultimately finding and loving myself again! I will be eternally grateful.

I first spoke to Sue a month after my partner died by Suicide, suddenly and unexpectedly. I worked with Sue, including having EMDR for just over a year and she has really helped me so much. It was important to me to speak to a therapist who had a real lived experience of what I was going through.

I found Sue to be empathetic, understanding and totally non judgemental. My head was such a mess that week to week I’d forget what I’d thought previously and start off down another avenue or tangent. Sue would always listen, hear me out and then be able to focus me, gently reminding me of previous statements and progress I’d made in the aftermath of his death and somehow bring me back to where I needed to be to carry on for another week or fortnight.

Sue is highly skilled and knowledgeable in this area and is just fantastic at what she does. I couldn’t be more full of praise and whilst suicide grief is so hard and won’t ever leave me, I know 100% I’d be struggling a lot more had I not had the therapy and counselling I’ve had from her.

I’m so glad and feel extremely fortunate to have found Sue when I did, when I needed her x
