Highly recommend Sam. I exercise 5-7 times a week so come across niggles/tightness often. Sam is very good at finding the issue and resolving it. Going forward he offers advice to prevent these issues reoccurring/causing further damage. Even great for a nice relaxing massage. Will question pain levels throughout to ensure you’re comfortable.

I had a lower back and neck massage with Sam, due to pain after an injury. I really enjoyed it. Sam took the time to answer any questions I had, and was professional and made sure I felt comfortable. Sam also provides you with exercises you can do in your own space and time, which I found quite helpful. This was my second visit, and I will definitely be visiting again in the future when needed.

I had my sports massage with Sam I would highly recommend. Ive had a lot of back problems over the years, this is my second massage at Muscle Mechanic Sports. My back definitely feels so much better and Sam talked through the problem areas, and exercises to do in between sessions. I will be definitely be going regularly.

Been to this fella 3 times now, really personable chap, always on time and friendly.
I'm no stranger to sports massage and have been to a wide range of specialists over the years during my peak strength training and body building days, physios who were working with Olympic medallists and footballer teams at the high end....suffice to say Sam really knows his stuff, within two sessions he'd found the core of my issue and I felt a sense of relief.

Being seeing Sam for a while, this time for some maintenance as my fitness is improving. Needed a few aches and pains delt with to keep me pounding the trails. As usual Sam finds and deals with my issues. Walked in with some discomfort and left feeling a lot better. Strait back out for a comfortable run the next morning.
