Staff are great and if you can get an appointment the service is excellent. However, the only way to contact them is via phone, and it's almost impossible to get through. Based on my call history, approximately 1 in 30 of my calls have been picked up. This aspect of the service is in dire need of improvement, especially for people with like myself with executive dysfunction. I find it difficult to persistently call for hours or days on end before somebody answers. It took me around 2 months to get my first appointment, and I'm currently unable to get through to find out why I've received a text which contradicts what I was told on the phone yesterday.

The actual service itself is great.
Unfortunately I’ve waited 15 days for results and I’ve not heard anything in the last 2 days I’ve called 10 times with no answer and I just want to know my results this is very stressful

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the level of service provided by one of your healthcare assistants, Julie, at the clinic.

I recently visited the clinic in search of assistance for a significant medical matter. During my interaction with Julie, who is responsible for client inquiries and appointments, I explained that I had previously consulted a general practitioner regarding my condition. Unfortunately, despite the issue worsening over time, Julie failed to acknowledge the seriousness of my situation. Instead, she suggested that I revisit the general practitioner.

This response has left me quite unsettled, especially when considering that my sexual partner sought medical attention for related issues at your clinic just a week ago and received prompt and appropriate treatment. When I raised this discrepancy with Julie, she merely offered an appointment two weeks from now.

I must express my concerns regarding the competence and dedication of your staff. It appears that there is a lack of awareness and understanding of their responsibilities and the importance of providing timely and appropriate care. Consequently, I found myself compelled to escalate this matter and contact to head of the clinic directly, in hopes of a swift resolution.

I kindly request a thorough investigation into this issue and appropriate action to ensure that such shortcomings in the quality of care provided do not recur. As a valued patient, I believe it is essential for the clinic to maintain a high standard of professionalism and uphold the trust placed in its healthcare professionals.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to address these concerns promptly. I would appreciate receiving an update on the actions taken to resolve this issue.
