Great opening times, helpful staff & speedy turnaround. UPDATE....Used to be a 5* but now a 2** and that is being generous as some of the staff are OK. Stopped going here as fed up with items missing from my prescription, a certain stroppy, moaning, unhelpful staff member & reduced opening times?. So someone has the bright idea to close the Wells pharmacy over the road, which was fantastic BTW, so everyone now has to go to the Day Lewis pharmacy which promptly reduced its opening hours drastically...GENIUS!!!. I have just phoned up to enquire about a flu jab, and was very abruptly told "have none in stock & no one to give them"...yet again, a very unhelpful & stressed out member of staff. Terrible!!!

I've collected three prescriptions from here as I now need to take tablets on a regular basis. First time, I was served by someone who spoke very abruptly. I paid and left - that was it. Second time, the pharmacist was brilliant - talked me through how to take the tablets, told me about side effects and asked if I had any questions. Third time - prescription not ready, so they offered to text me when it was. With just one tablet left I went in again - served by another abrupt woman - I asked what tablets were in the bag - she asked what I was expecting to find. I asked if we could check they had the correct mobile number - abruptly told nobody is getting texts as that service isn't working. Some rude, uncaring and basically nasty people working here.

Mark posts earlier here and says he can't understand the bad reviews here - either you've been lucky when you've been in here, or there's a completely different staff here now, or you have low expectations of how you are treated

We all expect to queue nowadays. However queuing 50 minutes to find your prescription ordered four days ago hasn’t made a journey of 10 feet from the doctors to the pharmacy is ridiculous
Come on Lloyd’s sort out your system. It’s not fair on your staff or your customers.

I really don't understand why people keep saying horrible things about this Pharmacy. I was with Wells Pharmacy for about 18 to 19 years, I've got to say Anthony and his team was fantastic.

I pick my medication up every 10 to 14 days from the Crewkerne Pharmacy and I've never had any issues I think the staff are friendly and helpful.

I just cannot believe the attitude of some people. I've seen them shouting and slagging the staff off, because they had to wait in the queue and then there medication wasn't ready come on PEOPLE please get a grip and respect these staff were all going through a hard time at the moment.

Covid-19 is an awful virus and these guys are still working putting the lifes in there own hands to supply our medication. So please give them all some respect and be polite.

A small pharmacy but by far the best one I've ever visited, I wish we had one as good as this in Reading. Very well stocked, clean & bright with friendly and helpful staff.
I've never know a pharmacy that's open every day of the week and open so late at night too.
There's a small parking lot just outside.
