First thank you so much for arranging my appointment so fast after a long time queuing. This appointment was previously on Royal London Hospital but last month I moved here from London so I need to reschedule every appointment. Therefore contact Gp & they refer me here and send an email instructing me need to contact by myself.So I called them once they told me I need to update your referral and which test needs to be done they will sort out and call me as I am a new patient. Two weeks later I contacted them and they identified which test I will need and I requested as I am facing lots of problems nowadays then she instantly asked me if I could be able to come this Saturday? I am happy and 'definitely' replied. Finally yesterday I went there & did an Audiology test guess what I got! they are extremely good people. Receptionist to Dr everyone was very cordial & cooperative. Every doctor all ears my problems and tries to find a proper solution. So I highly recommend this place for treatment as an NHS patient I got tremendous service from LIVING CARE LEEDS ?.

staff were so lovely straight from when you enter too when you are leaving! they make the scan easier and not difficult, and make u feel a lot better about the scan, especially if it’s your first time time like it was mine! so good!

I'm very happy with my healthcare at LivingCare. Choice of appointment times, including evening appointments for MRI scan. Although it's located a bit out of the city centre, free on-site parking is available. Pleasant clinic environment with friendly staff and I was seen on time. My care was explained and next steps outlined.

I was quite anxious to have an MRI scan I had never had one before. I only had to wait 2 minutes before I was called in. Luke who was the radiographer was very friendly and immediately put me at ease. I was given ear plugs and earphones and a choice of music. I was also handed a button in case I needed to stop the scan. The scan took 15 minutes but didn't feel that long. The overall experience was good.

I was referred for an MRI scan due to ongoing back problems, I was booked in within a few days! I found the team to be extremely understanding as due to travel delays I was actually late to my appointment, they were great about the situation which I’m really grateful for!! The scan it’s self was fine & didn’t take long. My appointment was on a Thursday evening and I was advised my results would be ready Monday, Tuesday at the latest, when in fact the results were back with the team who referred me by the next day, before midday! A positive experience!

My son had a private MRI scan done here and the girls that organised the booking and the aftercare have been fantastic . Really helpful and obliging which has made a very stressful time a little easier . Thank you girls for all your help you have been amazing .

I had a MRI scan on one of my knees. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Everything was explained to me beforehand. All the staff were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend LivingCare.
