Doctors never take mental health seriously. Have had multiple issues, misdiagnosed with things that will forever be in my record now. Have failed to get my disabled student funding because the doctor can't fill a form out correctly even after three attempts! Refuse to give me the correct diagnosis even with a specialist saying "highly likely" on their referral and REFUSE to give me the mental health assessment I need. As a student nurse who has had to suspend her studies due to a health decline not being taken seriously I wonder how any of these GPS sleep at night.

After visiting last week for a perforated eardrum and ear infection I was given antibiotics. I have concerns the infection hasn't gone. I tried to go through the online system yesterday only to receive a message to make a call for an appt this morning at 8am, which I did. After 25 minutes on hold there's no appts left. Not the first time this has happened.

Dr Riddell was always amazing. I for one shall truly miss him. As for the surgery I am sure it will continue to be the best. I have always trusted the surgery 100%. Thankyou for everything.

Always had a positive experience here, sometimes I have to sit there for a while before being seen, however the service makes up for it. They have always been able to resolve my issues where needed. I have to have 6 monthly checkups with the nurse, Diane, and she is lovely, especially when I go in with concerns about my health, she ensures my mind is put at ease.

I have used this practice for 15 years. It has always been good but I now believe it to be excellent. I have never failed to get an appointment on the same day and my experience of the two Nurse Practicioners has been superb as well as Dr Abraham and Dr Mcgroarty. They all listen, take your concerns seriously and deal with them professionally and compassionately.

Impossible to get an appointment with Dr Abraham. Keep getting random drs that prescribe things that our chemist doesn’t carry then having to go hunt for them at different chemists. Unable to get an appointment for children on some days, as certain Drs won’t see children. Not sure why they are working in a drs surgery if they can’t see children. Usually have no problems with Crags but I don’t like how things have changed. The reception staff are lovely however and I know it’s not their fault.

I moved to the village last year and I have had nothing but excellent service and support for physical and mental health from all staff at the surgery. I have been met with nothing but kindness and patience. The staff all work really hard to support patients and overcome problems.

No question is too daft and time is taken to explain medical terminology after test results etc.

Avoid this practice at all cost.
This practice is shocking, urgent matters and being told you are going to be referred to a specialist or contact a specialist and has just sat in the surgery. Ive had to call in 6 weeks later to find out nothing has been done! This has been done to an elderly person! Believe me this practice will kill you off.
Complained to practice manager and referrals are getting done, patients should not have to remind the surgery to send referrals off!
