Was referred from 111 as needed more support, the receptionist was very rude and unhelpful on the phone. Spoken down to like I was a child and that I had no idea what I was talking about.

Tracy the admin has a bad attitude problem and likes to scream down the phone to patients.
Hope she isn't working there anymore.

Empty clinic, I waited 30 minutes for a blood draw and it didn't come. This is some not funny prank on patients. Upset, I left without drawing blood for testing. This is embarrassing and not how it should be.

Not the quickest at replying too anything and also some of the receptionists arent very nice on the phone

Rang doctors and prescription line too order my prescription. Told them I can only collect on a Monday because of work but then I was told it may be ready too collect Friday which I won't be able too collect until Monday which make it's late. Service is absolutely rubbish
