You can feel how well established this studio is compared to others in Brighton. They have nothing to prove, no need for gimmicks, which I really appreciate! The studios are light and spacious, the teachers are very experienced in their fields and there is a wonderful feeling of community and mutual support.

I've been coming to yoga classes here for around 8 years. Have tried different centres but always come back! The quality of the teaching is outstanding and the centre has such a calming vibe with a huge, light main studio. It's great value too - community classes are just £4.50!

Absolutely fantastic. Teachers are very encouraging and you always feel challenged but supported in the practice. The studio and staff are welcoming. During lockdown, I have moved to online sessions delivered via Zoom and the quality of instruction is of very high standard. Definitely BNHC is a must for yoga lovers who appreciate professionalism and expertise.

A safe and sacred place in Brighton for holistic health. Predates most of the other yoga centres in Brighton. An Island of sanity in a sea of madness.
