I visited Chen at Anybody Clinic back in January 2024 after an MRI scan revealed a bulging disc in my lower back, causing severe sciatica. I began a 6-week course with Chen, incorporating her new Reformed Pilates machine, and we started slowly to accommodate my condition.

Throughout the course, Chen provided an exceptional level of education on maintaining a natural posture that was truly enlightening. Her guidance and expertise were instrumental in my recovery, and I saw significant improvements within those 6 weeks.

Since then, I've participated in a class at her incredible new studio and recently completed a strength rehab session. The joy I felt after today's session was indescribable—I left with a smile from ear to ear.
