A few years back access to Doctors was difficult, but brilliant care when you did get to see them. With the new online system access is quicker and easier. Repeat prescriptions handled quickly and efficiently. No complaints, indeed complements due!

After 3 years of uni, coming back to this practice I can see how I took it for granted. Lovely staff, the practice always has your best interests at heart. Super understanding and always willing to help. Receptionists are super sweet, LGBTQ+ friendly.

Only thing I would say is they are dealing with so many patients it feels like they are overcrowded. Not their fault tho. Another thing is personally I can't make appointments on patient access and so you really gotta catch them at the right time to make an appointment

I was with Eastland road for more than 25 years, they were brilliant. I have moved to another part of the area now so have had to transfer.
I have to say that apart from one grumpy receptionist ,( and hey wouldn’t you have a few grumpy turns, listening to winging patients,, day in day out)
every member of staff were Golden.
Don’t forget, they work under constant pressure to perform, and no one can be 100% every hour of every. day. I was either very fortunate or they were brilliant, I think it was the latter.
So give them a break , or move!

Completely unacceptable for this so called surgery and its staff to place his patients care on hold for a month whilst it lines its bank account with £15 per "jab"

Some 800 " jabs" were boasted about by this surgery a few days ago making over £12000. How many neglected patients with so called non urgent problems will as a direct result of this greed developing urgent problems and die?

This is mal practice..

I have just had a TKR. I contacted the health centre Severn view practice to see a nurse 2 weeks after my op to have my knee looked at and to change the dressing. They were superb.

Very happy with the Doctors and service provided by Dr Foubister and partners. Very busy as any surgery is, but reception always answer your queries and arrange you an appointment slot. Can't ask for much more from a local GP practice...
