We were travelling fron NZ and my wife required treatment. I phoned to explain and the receptionist said they would call back. The doctor, Mark, called back within 15 minutes and she was seen by him 20 minutes later. We can't speak highly enough of the amazing service provided. Our sincere thanks.

My review is for the pharmacy staff who are fantastic. Emailed today in a panic because my admin was poor and I'd run out of medication but an email at 3.30pm to pharmacy on a Friday afternoon, I had my prescription put in the self collect machine by 4.55pm. Now that's an amazing service. Thank you. Having the self collect machine is fantastic and caters for all those who cannot get to the surgery in opening hours and having your own pharmacy at the surgery is a big thumbs up. Unlike my more local surgeries that are still in the dark ages of collecting a prescription and battling it out in the high St chemist. 4 stars Im afraid for the difficulty in getting appointments otherwise would have been 5.

Having only recently moved into the area I am very impressed with the Medical Centre . Overall it is clean, tidy and easy to navigate. We have seen Charlotte (physicians associate) a few times and she is fantastic. She is friendly, efficient, thorough and made me feel like I am doing a good job as a mother after our appointment today. She gives great advice and has a wonderful manner with children. I find it easy to get on the day urgent appointments which is great, especially when you have children. The only improvement would be that I had a bit of a frosty reception from the receptionist when I visited for the first time to sign up (although I understand it must be a stressful job at times).

I'd say so far my personal experiences here have been very good but I know for my partner they have been not so good. Before covid and in 2019 this doctors was amazing, couldn't fault it but now for whatever reason it has gone down hill quite a lot. When calling for an appointment it has taken me 3 weeks to get seen to by a doctor, which is outrageous. You'll either have a good experience with reception or you'll have a bad one. But credit to Doctor Don, he is top class. There is also a female doctor, first name Charlotte, can't remember her last name and she is also top class

Poorly managed practice. Turned up for an appointment only to be informed receptionist failed to enter details on computer. I was informed they would squeeze me in when able but after 30 minutes wait had to leave without seeing doctor. Practice also very noisy with music.

WARNING - Two different doctors (actually not DR's but 'Physician Associates') at this surgery failed to identify cancer symptoms and make a hospital referral. At this surgery 'Physician Associates' call themselves/introduce themselves as DR's when they are not, supported by reception staff/nurses who lead to you believe that you are seeing a DR.
