I was fortunate to be helped by Sophie while I was struggling to deal with my mum’s dementia, and the impact it had on me and my family. Sophie also helped me with my own mental health issues, which have been building up during the latter half of my life - major lack of confidence being one of them.
Sophie was so engaging and had just the right amount of whatever it takes to be a good councillor - warm, friendly and supportive.
Such was its positive effect on me that I have pursued a new career and am feeling so much more confident in my abilities and myself! I really miss her , in fact!

Sophie is the most wonderful person to talk to, she is relatable, kind and is so knowledgeable about life's struggles. She uses her empathy, skill and occasionally humour to make you feel so much better. I am neurodiverse and Sophie is wonderful!
