I called to book an appointment about middle of November to check and test my ear infection. I received three "no" in a short time.
First,push me to go to a pharmacy, I declined as I need a lab test.Second ,I was told I wasn't registered, I declined and the receptionist checked ,so she discovered I was regards. Third,she gave me an appointment for a day I would be working and I declined.When I asked for other days,she declined and told me to call in a few days.
Definitely, if my next call is met next time with so many no,no,no,I am going to change the practice.

I changed the practice.
I am really fed up of people spending time to convince you to find another way and pushed you away.

Just got off the phone to Susana, she was extremely unprofessional and very un-coperative, we had come to the conclusion that I would book in an appointment on the 20th for my mother and I agreed to it, for her to go ahead and say actually no, I think you will need a double appointment, when i stated I didn't require a double appointment she goes on to say that sorry but that booking that we had on the 20th that was mentioned a minute prior has already been booked. Im very upset with how she has conducted this service.

Phoned today for a telephone appointment and told two weeks before next. I said urgent as I've been unwell for 3 weeks plus and not improving. Eventually got a call back but from receptionists asking me to go to one of their other locations, Kensington/ JR hospital of which I can't get to as very unwell. Then doctor called and telling me how i feel and saying its viral and it will go eventually and antibiotics not for me. I've been hacking up stuff for a month and not good but they refused to help. I just need antibiotics as we're going into bank holiday weekend. I work for NHS and GPs like this are the ones overwhelming the NHS because people turn up through no fault of their own as GPs won't see them. As for Cowley road medical practice it's a thumbs down. I've been registered at this practice my whole life and in last 5 years it's gone down.it's micro managed.

I changed to this surgery as I was told they was very helpful but iv called today with emergency was told I can't have my medication till I have a review which they can't give me for another month it's not a medication that can be just stop

You know people are working right? Every single time you try to call them they're closed. Even when they should be open, they won't pick up cuz they have some staff training....

Very disappointed with this practice. I have been a patient here since more than 5 years and before the covid pandemic I was reasonably satisfied. Good GPs, no problem booking appointments. Sometimes one had to wait as they were running late but nothing out of ordinary However something changed during or after the pandemic.The receptionists would do anything for o keep you away from the GP. And no chance for an urgent visit. I don’t hold it against here, I’m sure they are stretch and someone above here makes the decision over how much resources they get. If you considering joining pleas look elsewhere. It is what other people complain about over here. It’s not an exaggeration at all.

A superb service for their patients. In these challenging times the staff are conscientious, diligent and approachable. For example, today I emailed about online access to medical records and issues I had with an earlier attempt to facilitate this. Not only did Olivia set this up for me again and let me know, she took the trouble to attach doctor's notes to a reply email because I had mentioned that I needed it urgently. Talk about going above and beyond. Thank you Dr Stevens and Partners and CRMP for all that you do.

Today was my little one’s first vaccine and I attended 5 minutes late because of the traffic, I apologised for my delay because of traffic and I been advised to wait no problem.
45 minutes later I asked again the reception how long time will take because the little one start crying and they came back to me come tomorrow morning Doctor Isabel need 20 minutes for the appointment or come tomorrow morning…
Shame really dealing in this way!
