Shade has been amazing to myself and my family! Between stress of a new baby, marriage, co-parenting, children's, and careers; she has helped us navigate through it all. I absolutely love seeing Sade. I have depression and anxiety and she has been a tremendous help. I went to four different therapists in two years and none of them made a difference. The first session, we made a treatment plan and set up goals. We tracked progress and she helped put a lot of things into perspective for me. I still have a ways to go but I'm a functioning person again and it feels amazing. Would absolutely recommend!
