Useless service, will repeatedly fob you off, it’s taken me 10 years of being referred and discharged immediately over and over before they started to listen. Also took a year after referral before they gave me a care coordinator after swapping them and forgetting about me (which they practically admitted), the care coordinator I got was actually lovely and did listen (first person I have met in the whole service who was nice), sadly tho I have now found out has left. I’ve been waiting months to hear about another appointment only to find out they forgot to tell me I haven’t got a care coordinator anymore. I’ve also experienced clinical staff members practically accuse me of lying about symptoms to get adhd medication even tho I have a diagnosis. Absolute joke of a system. A lot of the staff don’t care or have any empathy, and your lucky if you even get to see someone.

One star is too generous, 2.5 years later, nothing done for me. No good, people don’t waste your time or get your hopes up. They will not help you, they will get paid loads of government £££ to produce loads of useless reports and run their sham useless department… Shame on them and the Uk government.

Avoid at all costs. The service is nothing but lies, decipt and fabricated information!! This place should be shut down. Their mental health workers do not care for you at all. They lie through their back teeth causing nothing but emotional stress, and make your life so much harder. Don’t respond to emails, phone calls nothing. Empty promises, no actual plan in place. You’re just fobbed off. My experience is horrific, it used to be a helpful service years ago but now my trust has gone within this service and probably won’t trust another service again. My doctor had wrote concerns to them and weeks later they’ve decided to DISCHARGE me. Don’t be in a job you can not commit to. Something dodgy defo going on. Also caused me nothing but issues in my personal life due to lies or false information provided, resulting in not been able to drive because of false information they have provided to DVLA. I’m going through a process to take this further and although it’s stressful enough as it is living with issues, the more people to complain through the right services will be an outcome so no one else has to go through this ordeal. regarding the comments I’ve seen about this service I’m not the only one they’ve treated with no respect, dignity, and lack of care and support. Vulnerable people should not be treated like this!!!!!!

Do not go anywhere near this place. They dragged their feet for over a year making me much worse. They lied about a psychiatrist appointment which was going to take another 6 months. I had to seek private to get anywhere, he diagnosed me in one session. I finally got an amazing care-coordinator through them, had a great support network and was the happiest I've been in my life.

Due to a restructure I'm no longer in the catchment area. Despite living 5 minutes away. They have assigned me a new care coordinator who has made no effort to build trust and sent me forms to track my ADHD it's laughable.

I'm now split across two surgery's and have no idea who to speak to. I have autism and they have completely disrupted my life. Half the time noone picks up and if they do they promise a call back which literally never comes.

I went from dancing at my sister's wedding to feeling suicidal unable to cook a simple meal. All because of this service. Everyone tells you it's above their pay grade. Truly dreadful. They'll act like they're helping because they passed on the information but no-one actually cares.

It's excuses and red tape to hide behind.

AVOID.

Unbelievably bad. Got appoint a “care coordinator” who then ignored me for a month. I asked for a new one and eventually got one. She was supposed to contact me months ago and I’ve heard nothing. Still in the process of calling various people to try and sort this out. A poor poor excuse for a mental health service. Just leaving people with nothing when they are vulnerable and need help. Truly disgusting.

My original councillor left, she was great. Then I had several sessions with someone else and all I got was "mhm yep okay", never gave a me a shred if advice or guidance on my boderline personality disorder.
Then while going through the most traumatic time of my life (lost family members, fell out with toxic friends, lost my entire breast after a complication with surgery) I missed an appointment and instead of being checked on, I was immediately discharged!
Absolutely disgusting and sent me further down the rabbit hole.

Awful. Help needed and promised was never received. Rushed through appointments and never listened to, but was still prescribed potentially dangerous medication without a diagnosis. Ignored and patronised. Would have to call up again and again for simple things, most of which after a year and a half of 'care' were never remedied. And who still uses fax? Phone call is the easiest/only form of communication which is highly exploitative for a mental health facility. Honestly shocking. Go elsewhere if you can.
