Had my tests done on Friday at 11am and got my results the same afternoon. The whole experience was quick, pleasant and painless. Dominica was wonderful. So friendly and understanding and made me feel at ease. I would 100% recommend One Day Tests and will definitely use them again in the future.
Note. I had my tests done in Hove not the Crawley clinic. Not sure why the review came up as Crawley.

What an incredible service! I turned up for x2 tests and realised I couldn’t actually have one of them, and this was no issue and I was told a full refund would be issued. Later that day I realised I needed to upgrade my other test (thyroid) to include more biomarkers. The friendliest and most helpful woman called Emma was amazing at coordinating with the lab and courier to see where my sample was to ensure I could upgrade it - which was a bit fiddly updating their system to reflect the change. She stayed in regular contact and really went what felt like the extra mile. She also ensured I was issued my refund for the other test too. It feel rare to get such personal & friendly service. I was really impressed and grateful!! Plus, my results arrived later that night so received within the same day - amazing! Thank you all 🙂

I cannot rate One Day Tests highly enough. I ordered a DIY test kit which arrived promptly after booking. On the day that I took the test, I was a little dehydrated and stressed and unable to draw sufficient blood myself for the sample. Despairing, I contacted One Day Tests using their WhatsApp chat. I was given reassurance and they very kindly booked me into a clinic the same day at no extra charge. Their services are first rate, the clinic was immaculate and spotless, their staff are friendly and helpful and results were provided within a couple of hours of the tests. I'm very happy with the service they provide, will recommend them to others in my position, and will definitely use them again should I need a test result in a hurry. Thank you

Highly recommend! Professional, efficient, great value for money, immaculate clinic, friendly staff and incredibly quick results. I recently experienced appalling service with another (online/home test) testing provider. This couldn't have been more different. Today I had my blood drawn by a nice pathologist Dominika. I felt really taken care of. I highly recommend the branch in Hove. Full professionalism. You can see that the well-being of the client is their first priority.

blood tests are easy to take and send back. results are quick but prices have gone up by £20 (from £39 to £59) since last November. Well above inflation, Greedy. I won't be using them again
