Tell me why I tried to contact them nearly 100 times just for it to tell me it wasn't open (I rang between 9am and 10am) or have it get picked up once and then immediately put back down. Do they not actually want to work?

I visited this sexual health center for the first time today, and I was impressed with the amazing service. The location is convenient, with a car park, easy to find and discreet. The reception staff was friendly and polite, making the process quick with a simple form to fill out. The nurse was highly knowledgeable about the services provided, exceeding my expectations. She was gentle and down-to-earth, providing a 5 star service. I didn't expect such excellent care and will definitely return in the future.

Went for a walk in appointment for the contraceptive combined pill ( I am 17 years old ) and felt extremely shamed by the older lady that took me as she was very judgemental towards me and i was not told what she was doing at any point. Was taken into several rooms to take blood pressure where she grabbed my arm with no comment and left me by myself to find my way back to the original room? Felt so anxious and scared to come back that I switched clinics.

My partner called to try get contraceptive pill and was subjected to what I can only describe as an aggressive telling off by whoever initially answered the phone. Told she should be calling her GP and why was she even speaking to them. She was told to call back later for a nurse but was too upset feeling very unwelcome.
Staff seriously need a lesson in treating customers, especially as many calling this place will be upset and vulnerable. Disgusting attitude!
