I was unable to get an appointment at my regular surgery but fortunately I got to be seen here by Dr.Nat
He was a breath of fresh air. Interested and understanding in why I was there (dreaded menopause!). Anyway, my treatment/care was excellent and I highly recommend Leacroft Medical Practice.

Leacroft is THE best surgery having been to others in Crawley. I say without doubt all the staff are friendly and proactive in the service they deliver. They are very professional and deliver what they promise an excellent service that the NHS can expect and more. As an ongoing service user the surgery has only grown to be stronger and transform from and into a modern day surgery of all possible services to be given with a 5 star rating in all the areas of wellbeing they can give.

First time I've been here since signing up. The outside grounds are nice, although the building is right next to a school so the road can be busy and noisy at the wrong time of day. Car park is small but adequate. Inside is very clean, bright and quite open. The lady on reception greeted people with a smile and was very polite, sweet and helpful, didn't ask any unnecessary probing questions, listened to what she was being told and dealt with the enquiry efficiently and professionally, and again with a smile said thank you and gave a nice parting comment. Looking forward to my first medical consultation.

Really good experience with the nurses here- friendly and knowledgeable people. I'm glad to have leacroft as my local GP as I feel pretty lucky to have a GP this efficient and friendly.

I had a specialist skin appointment at Leacroft. Other than not being able to park as it was school pick up time, I cannot fault. I was seen in time and everyone was lovely. A very positive experience

I’ve never had a good experience with Leacroft. Down to the 6-8 week mum and baby check up, my daughters immunisations (which i had to chase up multiple times for) and an issue i raised with my c-section scar which i was dismissed several times and had to pay private to be taken seriously. Now my daughter needs constant prescriptions, yet again i’m having to chase up 3+ times to have this sent through and then being told misinformation by the receptionists to which they confirm at first and realise they made a mistake then back track and say they never said what they said as well as being spoken over and spoken to in a disgusting man. Service to patients here is shocking to say the least. The only good thing about this practice is Nurse Sarah Dance and Dr Raymond.
If i could leave 0 stars i would.

I am extremely happy with Leacroft Medical Practice. The receptionists have always bent over backwards to help me when I have phoned needing help (at anytime), or if I have been held up and the doctors have also gone above & beyond on numerous occasions, and the nursing team are just lovely!
We are lucky to have such an amazing NHS service!

My first time at this doctors surgery supporting an adult with learning disabilities, excellent service from the nurses they went above and beyond to deliver a service that was stress free and very professional
