Absolute shambles. Phoned a week ago asking whether I needed to see a GP to get my medication on repeat as I've only had it once (hrt). Receptionist told me i didn't need to so just order on line. Since had a message to say I do need an appointment. Not the first time this Receptionist has given me false information. Now have to phone every morning to sit in a queue to then have no appointments left. Trying to register with another GP

Appalling service. Arrogant and most unfriendly receptionist. Took my mum in to urgent care . She struggles sitting for long period. After waiting for nearly 1 n half hour , asked receptionist about how long it would be and told her its been nearly 1and half hour. She looked at her computer and rudely replied 1 hour and 17 minutes you have been here, and I can’t do anything about it. And just ignored me standing there. She should find herself some other job.

30 Dec'24. Read nitemare reviews over last few years.
Took ½half hour to find parking even with blue badge. In door, turn right for xray. All seats taken. Man in semi enclosed reception desk is most efficient. (not the Ritz). Id done and asked to take seat. Waiting time 45 mins. Theatre staff also efficient friendly. All done. ?

I cannot possibly express my disappointment of the most recent experiences with the practice. None of my queries were responded completely to, and I had to wait in the waiting area long after my appointment time, me being respectful that the team is busy , only to be told that we haven't been checked as arrived at the time. I was argued with and my only option was to leave as I didn't want to escalate the situation any further.
Quick tip for the team: if you don't know the answer, try to find out by asking another colleague! Yes, you do send blood forms via messages, and no, you do not need to ask me to call the next day to change my appointment if I am already talking to you! Your colleagues in the morning are overwhelmed because of that.
I am only sorry for the brilliant members of staff I have met there, with special thanks to Christine, but I think we are going to part ways now.

I don't know who is working there because for sure not a doctors ! My child with very high fever ( UTI ) got prescription for antibiotic which is very hard to find pharmacy who has the medication. But the point it's he did mistake at the prescription! I didn't know about it , at the next day one lady from pharmacy said, this what is at the prescription is ridiculous because everything doesn't make sense! So I had to come back there and I asked if the doctor can do correct for it. Nobody wants to help me ! Woman from reception sent me to a&e , I went there and I got a help. The man from reception called to cauldwell again and he said the doctor will do the correct for me.
And they did. They gave me useless antibiotic which is not working for my child and the woman said she can't help me more , if I want this antibiotic I can take ,if not then I don't have to. USELESS DOCTORS !!! And when the doctor saw my daughter he didn't exam her , just when I said she has uti he said OK fine I'll give you antibiotic. I had to ask about exam !!! The worse place ever !!!

Clowns, on line for 1 hour + in their queue, call ends suddenly and I call back only to put me back of the queue again. They also have no online booking facilities. This is coming from a doctor who works in the emergency department just 2 mins away from them.

Called at 8am on the dot to get an appointment, was 7th in the queue. It took 1 hour to get through to someone. 1 hour for 7 people to be dealt with is shambolic. Please hire more receptionists as this is just ridiculous

Lack of patient care from GPs and receptionists. Lies in health record about health advice given lol that's diabolical (didn't even speak to anyone or receive written info). Some rude receptionists!!! GPs prescribing opiate medicine under the guise of "everyone uses it" no such thing as "everyone" one size fits all in medicine!!! First presented with debilitating condition a year ago now and between the GP and rheumatology dept I'm still waiting. No attentive action whatsoever!! Having to chase my own referrals!! Why even work in healthcare if you don't care about anyone's health?!?!?!? No sense of concern/urgency anything. ALWAYS leave the GP surgery feeling less than and extremely discouraged to even address my health issues.
