The staff and management are above and beyond at Elmstead, the thought of my Mum going into a care home at first was such a scary thought but Elmstead really does feel like home from home the whole experience has been amazing. Everyone has made Mum feel so welcome and us all as a family, food is also amazing and there is always something (even for such fussy eaters I was blown away with how Roy and the team cater for mums needs you really are fabulous!), the lengths you go to with activities and encouraging everyone is just lovely. I can honestly say nothing is too big or small to help with, there aren’t enough words to say how truly grateful I am to you all. If ever in need for long term or even short term care where your loved ones will be safe and cared for to the max Elmstead is the place! Emma, Lisa and all the ladies and gents that care day in day out for Mum, keep doing what you do so amazingly because it really does take beautiful people with huge hearts to do the job you do.

Amazing care home. Staff are caring and it's like walking into your own home. Could not wish for my mum to be in a better place . She is happy and content and I would recommend this home 100 %

The staff and management are truly fantastic. As a pragmatist, I see our society failing to fully engage with all that is required to care for our vulnerable elderly, my observation is that, despite the odds, the team at ECH have the fire to overcome societies failings and deliver real care where it counts.
