Ann receptionist and john the nurse were amazing.. a wonderful home and always welcome you with a fancy hot drink when you enter 10/10!

My 94 year old aunt, who has vascular dementia, was in the ICU wing for 5 weeks, whilst recuperating from a broken ankle (she had a fall at her home).

During that time, she received little or no physio in the ICU and as a result, is now permanently immobile, despite her ankle healing.

She fell 3 more times whilst in their care, once ending up back in hospital with a head injury! The whole time she was there, her hair was washed once.

We have now moved her to a lovely, caring care home, as she is no longer able to live independently.

The care home is a new modern build has a welcoming feel inside . Wide corridor's light and airy feel . Staff are lovely and friendly seem kind and caring to wards the lady's and Gentlemen who reside there.
