Really poor service, you will notice that most of the reviews are from staff and not customers to boost their rating. Didn’t come at the times they agreed after initial meet, carers did not stay for agreed length of visit , turned up at times and days we had not agreed , we were advised 1/2 main carers and then 6 different staff over a weekend, and then when we cancelled the subsequent visits due to poor service they have kept £200 of our money as a cancellation (with a three week notice so not cancelling immediate care).

I've been with right at home for nearly a year now, and have never been so happy in a company. Jack and all the office staff go above and beyond to keep up with training, work consistant rotas, and come up with new company ideas. We are checked in on weekly to see how we are and how things can improve.
Open door policy, ad always feel welcome, and able to approach with any issues. Very proffessional and think the world of staff and clients. Would 100% reccomend

So pleased that I have found this Company, sometimes work task are a bit overwhelming but with the quality training, 24/7 fast response support and the flexibility of hours that I received made my work life balanced and nice. The Management and the Carers are a team and working together to provide the best quality care we can provide for our clients. Everyone shares the same goal and that is to give our best and genuine care for our clients. I highly recommend Right at Home Chippenham to anyone who wants to do something new and worthwhile.

This is an amazing company. The support and organisation on the managerial side is amazing. They are very thorough with everything they do, and ensure that I am fully prepared and trained for working with our clients to the best I can, doing observations and check ups to make sure everything is good with the clients and you as the caregiver. Also you are given plenty of time per client, minimum of 30 minutes but often at least 45, meaning you don't have to rush with the clients and can properly care and support them. Highly recommend.
