I'm writing this review to express my sincerest gratitude to all the staff who looked after my mother in law Eve Timms. The care she received whilst at this care home was fantastic in every way which made my wife's time with her mum when visiting so calm relaxing and stress free and she knew Eve was safe when she couldn't visit.
If you need a safe happy and friendly environment for your loved ones to live

My mum has been a resident in The Fairways at Chippenham for 18 months now . We as a family are really pleased at the good quality of life she has in the home . From The manager down the staff are absolutely wonderful .They understand mum and value her as a person giving her respect, kindness and excellent care . The home has a real family atmosphere which is extended to visitors and we are kept well informed of any changes . The rooms are bright and airy and the building is attractive and well maintained .The meals are varied offering choice to the residents , the quality of the food is very good .
As Mum has a lifelong christian faith the regular opportunities to attend worship have been precious and so grounding for her , however she also enjoys the other activities provided from craft sessions to bingo .
As a family we can thoroughly recommend The Fairways as an excellent care home .

My Mum moved into The Fairways care home 4 months ago and has settled in quite quickly. She is always happy, loves the food, entertainment and activities.All the carers/staff are wonderful and she is made to feel like it's her home, even thinking that she is staying in a posh hotel!
All areas of the home are spotlessly clean and I have no worries about the excellent care she is receiving. I would highly recommend this home.

The Care Home at the Fairways was a major factor in our family decision to buy an Apartment at The Fairways Retirement Village 5 years ago.
Now the time has come for my Mother to move from her apartment into the Care Home we have experience a total commitment to her welfare on discharge from hospital. Excellent management of a really difficult process because of Covid-19 and we have absolute confidence in their infection management routines despite the fact that it restricts our ability to visit.
The dedication and quality of the staff is exceptional and Mum has settled in quickly to her new home.
We unreservedly recommend this Care Home and thank them for everything they have done for our family.

My mother is there, she is well looked after by kind and attentive staff. I am very thankful for their dedication and professionalism. The facilities are very good, beautiful pool, library, lounge, to cinema and games rooms, arts and crafts encouraged. Best place in local area for mum.
