Shelley Is a miracle worker! I have appointment anxiety and I cannot stand to be touched! Shelley was so patient with me, flexible and accommodating! She eased all my anxiety’s during consultation. The room Is beautifully relaxing. I had several treatments yesterday and can already feel the benefits. I’ve been unable to do simple house chores for weeks. Not anymore…. Buzzing to be able to wash the pots and put the washing away!!

Painful bliss… I have a damaged rotator cuff and had been told recovery would be weeks/months. Sleep deprivation and generally exhausted with constant pain I showed up hoping for a miracle ha! A coupe of deep tissue massages with Shelley has shifted the pain quickly and I have 80% mobility back. She knows exactly where to work her magic to release the inflammation not just in my shoulder and arm, but also around my neck & head. Yes it’s painful but that blissful feeling when I just know I’m going to feel better afterwards is so worth it.

Shelley is absolutely brilliant! I’ve had several deep tissue massages and for someone who is a) of an age! (54) and b) does a lot of exercise she is a god send

I’ve had several little ailments which she has fixed for me. The latest being a pulled pec muscle, before visiting I couldn’t lift anything with my right arm and a week after I was able to work out with it again

Did it hurt? Of course it did! But my god it worked

Absolutely amazing massage. Shelley has been treating me for many years now. Started with a reflexology treatment to potentially bring on labour to having and combination of reflex and a relaxing massage monthly. I won't go anywhere else. She is the best in Cheadle. Been treating me for 7 years now. She listens to what I need and follows it through. Then always checks the next day that I have rested and drank plenty of water.

I can’t recommend Shelley enough! She is amazing and has been doing treatments for us for nearly 10 years now! She is such a lovely, warm person and so experienced at what she does. We always leave Shelley feeling relaxed and stress free after her treatments. Simply the best! X
