Had such a relaxing pedicure with Samantha today. She looked after me from the moment I arrived, making sure I didn’t need anything, making me a hot drink and generally just being lovely and helping me relax. She was friendly and chatty (this is the first time I have met Samantha) just like seeing an old friend. My feet look amazing and think I have just found a way to get some ‘me’ time. Thank you xx

Late last year I opted for the LVL lash lift and brown tinting with Tash at Tranquility in Chatteris. I usually opt for extensions but since my LVL treatment I have been converted! The results of the LVL lasted for 6 weeks and really made a difference to my natural lashes.
This is one of the first treatments I will be asking for when Tash reopens clinic

Attended after booking on line. Appointment was over 20mins late. Experienced two cuts on big toe on cuticle area. Wouldn't stop bleeding so they treated with anti bac that was painful and instantly inflamed the skin. The massage was not a massage at all. £28..not worth it at all.

What was applied was a sanitiser and anti bac so there will be no infection passed from us. We sterilise all tools here thoroughly before and after every client.

I'd recommend leaving the nick alone, a dressing will prevent healing due to making it sweat, this could increase risk in infection. Allow the nick to dry out.

We always complete cuticle care in a pedicure. As you'd told us you'd never experienced a pedicure before your cuticles could have been drier than usually expected which can occasionally cause the cuticles to snag when we nip them.

When left alone this small nick will leave little discomfort and after a few days will heal complete.

I'm guessing your socks and boots would have rubbed the area on the way home possibly irritating it more but it wouldn't have been suitable to go home bare foot. This may have prevented it healing in just 6 hrs.

As you've stated you would not like to return I apologise that your first ever pedicure was not as you were expecting.

Hi.
Attached is a picture of my big to after treatment at your salon.

Please can it be confirmed what was put on the wound as it was very painful. It was from a bottle with the nail varnish and was a light blue purple colour resembling nail varnish remover.

As you can see it is struggling to heal and very sore.

I usually heal well and have healthy circulation so this is very odd
