Just popped down for my flu jab, what a quick, easy experience and there was time from Claire Beesley to get to know me as I am new patient.
Thank you to all involved.

Seem they don't like patients asking to many questions. They failed to refer to hospital after a stroke. They failed to prevent another stroke. Legal claim coming.

If possible couldn’t give a star for this service. Tried to book appointment to see doctor for three days but from receiption always said fully booked and call back tomorrow at 08:30am. Then tried next day and give an other reasons today half day has training? Give me advice to call 111.
I would like to ask manager? Why we need register local GP for? Then we book to see doctor when our’s health has problems. And waiting for a week with phone call? Then give advice to call 111. We live in this country we knowledge already how emergency numbers or none emergency. We need Local treatment from NHS. Please checked with your service..

I had a great experience after calling on behalf of a family member. I spoke with a lovely reception member I think her name is Tasmin, she was very helpful and a credit to the team. The problem was resolved quickly, big thanks to this great practice.

I think the whole practice is doing a really good job in view of the current funding and difficulties of the NHS. I think everyone should take a moment to remember the hard work happening behind the scenes and the workers are all human beings who are trying their best.

I personally believe The Cornerstone Practice go the extra mile for their patients, and whilst expectations can not always be met, they always do try their best given the circumstances.

Unfortunately, the NHS is chronically underfunded and this reflects greatly in primary care, with it being the first port-of-call.

I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff here, you just can't please everyone!

Don't let people's personal grievances stop you from registering here.

This review comes from a balanced observation and personal experience of the Cornerstone Practice March Cambs. I have seen and experienced some good and very excellent service from the medical and admin staff at the practice. For a balanced viewpoint I have also seen and overheard some staff interventions with the public that made me feel uneasy and a bit irked by lack of empathy with the member of the public. Unfortunately and without prejudice the point of contact was at the reception desk. The staff member being a female who has now left the practice. Lastly in my view some of these reviews are very one-sided and reflects the “me-first-me-only-and-me last” selfishness of the “selfie obsessed” generation that anyone with half an eye can see every day in the public arena. The National Health Service has its faults but primarily it is the best thing that ever happened to this nation of ours. We live in the best country in the world and all the misguided or misinformed plebs need to look around and be grateful for our none judgemental health provider that needs their support and not unnecessary criticism.

This review is personally for Lisa Dow. I’ve just finished a 6 month course of zolidex and for my monthly appointment I’ve seen Lisa as well as another nurse. Both nurses have been fantastic with me as I get very nervous but Lisa especially has been amazing!! She kept me calm and chatted to me throughout. Thank you for being so lovely xxx

My 5 week old son had been given an eye swab to check for an infection. We were told of no phone call then there is no eye infection. We then go to hospital to find out that they had lost the test. We then go to another hospital to find out that in fact the results were never lost and the tests came back that he has a mild eye infection. This is 3 weeks after the test. Now we having to get a private prescription as we have no trust in the corner stone practice and are now being bounced back and forth.

He was brought in again regarding spots on his skin, when performing the routine tests we had to wait 10 minutes for an ear thermometer as there is only one for the whole practice. Why?.

We were told there were no appointments available for a 5 week old baby and instead phoned 111 to get an appointment. Why, when there was no one in the waiting room?

When my son needed a nappy change we were refused to have it put in a waste bin and told to take it with us. Why?

I cannot express enough that what mentioned above is very important and a clear lack of care and attention.

I do not seek answers. I seek a drastic change in how this practice is run. This is not a crisis from Covid. This is a lack of well trained staff.
