Very clean, staff all very nice.
Nice atmosphere. I am very happy. Use only pool now as free for my age group! Bonus.
Used to use all facilities when a dear friend paid my fee for helping her with shopping etc. now in care home. Used to be approx £42 monthly for full use. Love it here!

Staff are miserable. Cheap swimming facilities but the cafe serves half a hotdog for £3 which was funny lol. We ordered 2 hotdogs and got a half each? What would happen to the other half if I ordered 1 hotdog?

The staff at the pool are always polite and helpful
I'm a amputee and make full use of the fantastic disabled shower room and find these facilities second to none
It would have been 5 stars if not for the slow maintenance for the building
The automatic doors to enter the changing rooms have been broken for over a month
I'm wheelchair bound and unable to enter without being accompanied or assisted

Too cold water in swimming pool and just one big room with shower and changing. All another rooms separate. A lot of times just 1 hair dryer works from 3. All another out of order and stuff don't put notice about it. You put money, dryer is not working and you can't get money back.
Tables by swimming pool always dirty. Not recommend

Used to be ok but they seem incapable of dealing with packs of feral kids causing mayhem and swearing loudly , really ruins it for families , thought they may have sorted this but they haven't the life guards try their best but are ignored and disrespected all the time it's only a matter of time until there is a serious incident

Had a coffee after using the pool.
Poppy in the cafe delivered excellent customer service, very happy and cheerful. Delightful experience, well be coming back

some staff are nice but not all, as for the pool toilets they stink so bad it burnt my eyes when I went in there, been like it for over a week full of wee and gaffer taped up job done, the gym equipment is poor most of it is broken reported it nothing ever done, update 16/10/2016 new younger staff are very nice( life guards ) place is getting worse only staying due to my kids do clubs at Littlehampton end of this year I'm leaving this place (ps if kids from school want the gym your out even if your working out ) update 19/12/2016 this place is getting worse look how dirty it is. i will keep updating until this is sorted new update 6th of may 2017 floors are so dirty in swimming pool,mold every where come
on you guys clean up ,Jun 1st 2017 after speaking to the area manager about people leaving due to the poor management he told me what do you want me to do make people stay, no I said just clean the place. he then got very aggressive towards me by raising his voice and trying to intimidate me with his cocky manner and rude come backs what an angery man. I got the better of him by saying this conversation is getting us both no where, I suggest you go about your business and im off to do some squats. his face turned to thunder I turned up the turns and walked off i have now left and found a new gym be warned stay away from this place. new update I've now found a home from home go to vk gym in Bognor you will find a nice clean place with lots of help and smiling faces you will feel better using vk

The building is alright however it needs a lot of work doing. For example the men’s changing rooms don’t even have cubicles. Which is pretty poor for today. And some parts need refurbishing. And the slide wasn’t working. At least try to give people a good representation.
