I had a course of Hydrafacials before my Wedding and WOW I can't recommend this clinic enough. I went into the clinic about 6 months before my Wedding in a panic because I was so unhappy with my skin. Fortunata put me completely at ease! She used a specialist facial scanner to identify my skin requirements and we also went through my entire skincare routine in detail. She recommended the appropriate treatment and a more simplified but effective skincare routine. She is SO lovely and I found the Hydrafacials so relaxing. My skin was so much better in time for my wedding. I will definitely keep up my simplified skincare routine and keep visiting the clinic. I can't recommend Fortunata highly enough!

I had a skin consultation today with Fortunata. She was absolutely wonderful. Made me feel incredibly comfortable and went into great detail with me about my skin. I was expecting just to be suggested services and rushed through but we went through so much including a skin scan and looking at my routines. I learnt so much today and felt at ease that I wasn’t just being sold a service but that I was with someone who had genuine care, empathy and ideas about my skin. I left having learnt so much and excited to start my journey at this clinic. I would not want to go anywhere else for skin care after meeting Fortunata and the warm, relaxed atmosphere that this clinic has.

I visited the Koho Skin Clinic for the first time recently and was very impressed. My appointment was with Claire, who was just so lovely - really professional, super friendly, and just somebody I felt totally at ease with and could trust. I had two treatments, and I was delighted with the effects. The clinic is beautiful and very relaxing, and everyone was just so lovely and welcoming. I will be a regular!

I have had multiple appointments at Koha. Fortunata is an absolute delight, providing such a professional 1st impression of the clinic.
Multiple appointments have been with Elena, she has described in detail every aspect of my treatments and is so dedicated to her craft. Kind and serene, she is not just meticulous but a huge asset to the clinic.
I have also had a LED facial with Hollie. My skin was left hydrated and glowing. Hollie customised the treatment with an added hydrating mask. I will definitely have this treatment again.
I feel that we are so lucky to have Koha clinic in Berkhamsted.

I visited Koha in Berkhamstead this morning for the first time, the salon is beautiful. I was greeted by a very friendly team and had a fabulous skin consultation and hydra facial with Hollie. Hollie was very personable, attentive and helpful, she also explained the treatment step by step so I knew what was happening. Can’t wait for my next treatment!

Have had a number on treatments here now and have received great service on each visit. Always a warm greeting from Michelle on reception, wonderful treatments with Hollie with real results and most recently expert treatment at the hands of Clare. Would definitely recommend a visit to Koha.

Fantastic client care and a thoroughly great experience every time I go.

Fortunata has been amazing sorting out my skin and planning a regime for 12 months and beyond. She's really invested in long term glowing skin not just a quick fix. Claire is always super helpful and friendly and sorts out my appointments even at the busiest times. It's a fantastic place to go!
