Forget the reviews prior to covid as everything has changed so so much for the worse ! Yes pre covid I would have given both Upavon and Durrington 4 stars ! Not anymore ! ! What's the point of having an online appointment booking service when you can go as far as you can into the future, and I doubt you will find a single appointment with anybody and I mean anyone that works at the practice ! If you do .. enter the lottery that week as your obviously in for a jackpot ! And the phones .. well forget trying to talk to anyone ! That stupid 6 minuets answer phone message . Save your breath ! I have never been called back ! They made such a bad error with me I reported the whole practice to NHS England. They are meant to be of service to the community, the whole place needs a massive shake up !

My husband tried to use online repeat prescription service, as being asked not to phone surgery. States that it gives a two-day turnaround. Easy to use; received confirmation email and told to wait for text to collect from local pharmacy. 4 days later, nothing, no text, no prescription. Walked to GP to ask about this, to be told they don't know what happened. Waiting for prescriptions to be signed off at GP (30 minute wait) waited at pharmacy another 30 minutes to hand prescription in and then asked to come back tomorrow to see if it's ready. All this for I supposedly quick, no hassle online service. An awful lot of leg work for a man on his 70's.

Every visit iv had has been amazing!
Always professional, and iv finally found a doctor that I trust and that actually listens!

My 9 year old daughter also went in for a blood test today and the nurse was INCREDIBLE.
She managed to settle her nerves straight away and allowed time for my daughter to ask any questions, whilst talking through each stage of what she was doing.

This has been my doctor's practice for more than 40 years. The first 40 were brilliant but it is falling apart now.
The latest example is a flu jab appointment which was made at my local surgery but switched to an alternative 8 miles away at 24 hours notice.

Not sending text message to say that they have cancelled my appointment, i turn up and then they tell me, wasting my time and diesel. Time off work. Can't talk to anyone by phone to complain...

I lived in the area for 3.5 years and was registered with the surgery. Never had any issues, very helpful. Always was able to get an appointment. I used to have to go in for regular appointments with Louise for a health condition and I could not have got a better Nurse.

they still taking on people even if they can't look after the ones they got they're still taking on people, how about employ more staff to look after the ones that need looking after first.

Really poor doctors surgery. Can never get an appointment. Receptionists are just down right rude and always comes across like they cannot be bothered to help you. Glad I changed surgeries.
