Recently attended the Endoscopy unit for nasal Endoscopy, was absolutely terrified of going but my fears were totally unfounded, the staff are simply wonderful and very friendly, they gave me all the information I needed and answered every question I asked, they totally put me at ease. The procedure itself was painless and very quick, I didn't have sedation and it definitely wasn't needed in my case, however it was very reassuring to know the option was there if I wanted it, I would have no problems going back if I ever needed to and just want to reassure people that having this procedure is nothing at all to worry about.

Best recommendations! Easy booking system, always getting appointments within a day or two. Every specialist I’ve seen there seemed to honestly wanting to help. Never been ignored or struggled to get medications or referrals needed.

Big shout out to Emilia Wierzbicka. She’s not only a very professional and responsive specialist but also a very compassionate and kind person. She arranged all the tests needed right away every time me or my family got issues. Due to her great work my daughter received a surgery needed in no time. And she always finds time to call back to discuss the results.

I attended an Endoscopy appointment (1st time ) and feel I really must leave feedback for all the team who were lucky enough to have me as their patient. I cannot begin to praise them enough for their kindness, tolerance, professionalism and the way they all made this experience as painless and enjoyable ( maybe enjoyable isn’t the right word) painless anyway as possible!

Before, it was very good, I got help when I needed it. today I suggest avoiding this place. some of the workers are inadequate, the attendants are rude, they don't even know how to speak normal English. After examining a 10-month-old baby who is terribly ill, the doctor simply ordered to continue giving paracetamol without explaining how or when, and paracetamol for 6 days in a row. my daughter has a terrible cough, runny nose, temperature was lasting 3 days. It is very unhappy my experience today. I met such a rude and unfashionable doctor for the first time in 14 years

Met an extremely rude doctor. She belittled me and someone I was with. Telling the person I was with to be quiet although I suffer with anxiety and don’t wish to always talk. She patronised me and totally disregarded my problems. I think her name was Dr Ahmed extremely disrespectful and rude I hope something is done about this.

Reading through all the other comments I am glad to see am not the only one who is having issues with this surgery worst I’ve ever signed up to only there cause it’s the closest to my house and should be convenient. Drs seem like they don’t want to treat your symptoms, and don’t look at your records or listen to you when you tell them to prescribe something that has worked for u.

Their online booking system and the admin receptionists are the worst I’ve ever experienced and always manage to rub me the wrong way with their blaze lazy and we can’t help you attitude because we have an online booking system what happened to good old customer service of people going the extra mile?. Customer service is about reviewing what works and what doesn’t and getting rid of the latter and creating new processes that work. Your booking system is pants, your stuff are rude and are never willing to help am writing this after a face off with Annie and her crew of receptionists that were all up in my business even though it’s supposed to be confidential, this has happened before it’s not the first time a group of the receptionists stand around together and are in your business.

I was there at 5 where I was told I was sent a text message for me to re book an online appt it’s now 8.00 pm and I’ve not received a text. Its going to be day 3 of trying to get some medication for my hypemintegation the pharmacist I was referred to advised something that sounded sensible but the Dr had to sign just booked me for blood tests and didn’t want to prescribe a relief for the problem, when I asked them to prescribe something instead of maybe taking the advice of the pharmacist they prescribed me something that I use for another medical problem. It’s like what someone else said it as if they don’t know what they are doing.

As someone who works for NHS England, particularly in the team that does NHS Oversight and Assessment let me advise you to get your act together. Your fancy facilities are being very badly let down by your processes, rude and arrogant staff like Annie who thought she was defusing a situation by staring me down when she was making it worse, and Drs who don’t want to prescribe a solution to a problem. Please review your services and the many comments of complaints here and do your best to change the service your offering to your patients for the better.

Waiting for an hour with a kid,, the doctors are probably pharmacy staff level and I complained to staff member waiting is way too long answer was: “if you don’t like it we can cancel your appointment “
