I must give credit where its due and our experience of Dr Hill is fantastic. We couldn't ask for a better GP. So supportive at an extremely difficult time for my family. She goes above and beyond in every possible way.
We've had a less positive experience with other GPs at the surgery, but as for Dr Hill, she is first rate. Just hope she doesn't retire!!

I'm completely saddened, grieved in fact writing this. It's about the only control I have left over the way in which my 77 year old mum has been treated. Despite my elder mum presenting to the surgery 2 days ago after 4 days of a UTI that she tried to treat with over the counter meficines. She was turned away and told there's nothing they could do for her. She's have to try the next day. Clearly unwell and very weak. She presented the next day but was turned away when she arrived at 10.02am for a 10am appointment!!! My mum was suffering rygores at this time! Eventually seen late afternoon 35 minutes after the due time. Prescribed antibiotics which they didn't have!! All the time my mum becoming worse. We eventually got them around 5pm!! My mum wasn't able to keep them down with vomiting and severe pain plus further rigors and burning up during the night with high temperatures. I should have taken her to accident and emergency but today we've been awaiting a call from the doctors for over 6 hours now despite them Knowing her condition. My mum dedicated her life to the NHS as a nurse!!!
UPDATE 8 HOURS LATER STILL NO PHONE CALL !!!! ?

This is a fairly limited medical centre from a capability perspective. It’s principally a GP’s practise.

As with many GP practises it can be extremely difficult to get an appointment quickly, not helped by frustration of having to weight a long time if you try to telephone.

In sum, manage your expectations but the staff of course always try their best.

Waste of time spent time on the phone trying to book appointment for it to ring out twice so I submitted the online form. It’s now been 15 days with no response. The people running this centre are a bunch of clowns.

Absolutely ridiculous you can't books appointment for at least 4 weeks to see a doctor. So dont get ill for at least four. Weeks !!!! This is why emergency departmes are so busy.
