I visited Bentley House to see a friend of the family this weekend.

The staff were approachable friendly and very helpful.

I was really struck by how well kept the building was inside and out.

The gardens are a real asset to the residents, the entire staff should be proud of the work they are doing.

The care that Bentley House staff showed to my Mum was amazing. They staff are very professional whilst being very caring and attentive. Mum was only at Bentley House a short time but I was very impressed with the care she received. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bentley House.

Mum was really nervous when she joined Bentley House as she is naturally quite shy. The activities team took time to get to know her personality and interests and slowly introduced her to like minded residents.
she now does an exercise class 5 times a week and has friends to sit with at meal times. We have peace of mind that she sees people daily and has the opportunity to get involved in activities or just sit and be with people she can chat with.
It will never be like the home that she remembers but it's a lovely community to live in and she seems very content.

Visited this care home recently, and I was impressed by the warm, caring atmosphere. The staff were attentive and compassionate, always going the extra mile for the residents. We visited a family friend over the bank holiday for the first time since they moved in.
The home is well presented and the staff were friendly and attentive as we had a coffee in the reception area.
The room itself was lovely, everything was laid out perfectly, and felt like their own individual home.
While walking back to the reception lobby, the decor and cleanliness of the building were a standout point, and the gardens are stunning and well maintained.

I became involved with Bentley House whilst fundraising for Dementia UK and Admiral Nurses in Hertfordshire and have worked with their team who are thoroughly professional, caring and willing to go the extra mile to make an event successful. I am also impressed with the accommodation involving, lounge and dining areas, their reception is welcoming and I am always made to feel special when I am there. Great place to be for me so I am sure it is for the residents as the staff appear very caring and I can see they treat their residents with respect and dignity
